You might just feel you can not fall asleep or perhaps struggle to get out of bed because you feel exhausted all the time.
Good sleep hygiene could be a key to improving the quality and quantity of your sleep. Turn off electronics an hour before you get in bed. Use dim lights to read a book or engage in any relaxing activities.

ReplyDeleteI wash my face, then watch a few episodes of my favorite show. Then finish it off with a game on my phone then I'd sleep.
ReplyDeleteJust a good, short pep talk then sleep. Sometimes a good movie and at other time I request a bedtime story, gives me a good rest.
