Having learnt what depression is, explosure to abuse has been consistently shown to increase the odds of depression. Physical, emotional and sexual abuse are all related to an elevated risk of depression and anxiety disorders in adulthood.
I believe when being abused the chances of dodging depression are very slim....What are your views dear readers?

You are right, abuse usually lead to depression and what's saddening about it is that people don't talk when they are experiencing such. It normally leafy to suicide for such individuals, or death for those physically abused
